I grew up on South America. When I was a little kid the older people were always telling stories of a white woman who came out of the river when the moon was bright, and enticed young men who were never heard of again. As kids, we were afraid to go to the rivers at night, but as an adult, I think I may chance it! :). Good writing!
oh my! how scary yet cool! lol I read an old Scottish folk tale about an scary water faerie who would lure men to their deaths and couldn’t get it out of my head, and a song was born ๐
just make sure, if you do chance it, once she gets you underneath the water she won’t let you go so bring a rope or something so you can save yourself ๐ and thank you
